House Rules

- We allow up to 2 dogs that must stay off the furniture, be crated when you leave the home, and up-to-date on all flea treatments.

- Guests must be 25+ years of age to book/rent

- Guests agree to follow checkout instructions in the guest manual

- No smoking of any kind within 20 feet of the house

- No pets

- No parties/events

- Any non-confirmed overnight guest on the property must be given permission from hosts prior to arrival

- Please remove shoes indoors to keep rugs in good condition

- Outside quiet hours from 10pm-7am

This a 2006 home in a quiet, historic neighborhood called Fort Hill that is one of the closest to Liberty University and all the shopping and restaurants along Wards Road. You'll see a wide variety of people in the neighborhood including families with kids, college students, and elderly couples.
