This historic bungalow has 2 separate units, one downstairs and one upstairs. Currently there are no tenants living in the upstairs unit that use a separate entrance on the side of the house. (see photos) It will be available for rent soon if you have a larger group and need more space!

CHECK IN: Private entrance is through the front door. Guests may check in at their convenience anytime after 3pm with a personalized code.

***We do NOT rent to those under 25.

MONTHLY RATES: If you're interested in renting the Pineapple House for over 1 month, we have a long term rental agreement and a monthly rate of $3200 + cleaning fee. (all bills paid)

Neighborhood overview
The Pineapple House is located in a desirable historic neighborhood of cute, "crackerjack" houses. It's quiet and safe. Some houses are still occupied by original owners and some have been redone to welcome a wider age range. You are likely to see people walking on the sidewalks heading downtown.
Getting around
It's best to use a car for getting all around town, but downtown is definitely walkable from the house. Uber and Lyft are available.
