🏡Our guests are welcome to use the hot tub, accessible through the basement, however, please note that the basement area is not finished and we hope to have it completed in the near future. When using the hot tub, it is important to refrain from using any detergents or soaps as a $250 fine will be imposed if found to have been used. Please also ensure that the hot tub is turned OFF and the temperature is set to 98 degrees before leaving.

🏡The thermostat may be used to adjust the temperature, but please be mindful that during summer months when temperatures may reach up to 90 degrees, the AC system may have trouble maintaining temperatures below 72 degrees. Setting the thermostat to 63 in an attempt to cool the house faster will not be effective and is highly discouraged.

🏡Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property. If a smoke smell is detected after your departure, a $500 cleaning fee will be imposed. Fireworks are also not allowed as they pose a safety hazard.

🏡Pets are welcome as long as they are house-trained, will not be left alone, and are not allowed on the furniture. Please ensure they are cleaned up after, especially in the yard, to ensure a pleasant experience for the next guest. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know!
